Stealth
Attempting stealth is a Swift action.
The roll to locate a character using Stealth to conceal herself is [Perception] + [Awareness].
A character who notices another character in stealth can indicate it to her allies. This does not automatically reveal the hiding character, but does grant a two success bonus on a searcher's [Perception] + [Awareness] roll.
Without the use of magic, characters cannot attempt Stealth when others are aware of their presence.

This Charm allows a Dragon-Blooded to act normally in perfect darkness by sensing currents in the air. The character retains total spatial awareness, and automatically succeeds on checks to navigate around obstacles and hazards or to orient herself. This Charm is of limited use in combat, but it does reduce all blind-fighting penalties by the user's [Essence].
Soundless Action Prana

With this Charm the character can use the power of Air to suppress all noise she makes. This makes her an invalid target for hearing-based Perception checks, effectively allowing for perfect Stealth so long as no one can see her. This Charm only suppresses sound the character directly makes. She could smash in a window with her hand in complete silence, but not hurl a rock a window in the distance. A character under the effects of this Charm cannot speak or purposely make noise, even if she wishes to.
Alternatively, the character can invoke this Charm at an increased cost of 4m. This version is identical to one above, save that the aura of silence extends to the character's [Essence x 2] in yards.

This Charm expands and improves Mela's General Charms and Abilities, granting them additional elemental effects. These elemental effects apply only to Stealth or when the character enhances a Stealth roll.
Air is invisible. The character increases the die-adder cap for Stealth-based rolls to [Stealth] + [Relevant Specialty] + [Essence]. Earth is steady and assured. The character reduces the cost of [Terrestrial] Essence Resurgent to 0m or 0W the first time she uses it in a scene. Fire brings passion and energy to the character's endeavors. She converts stunt dice on Stealth rolls into automatic successes. Water understands an assassin's need for patience. Stealth rolls the character makes are always valid for Temperance Virtue channels. Wood knows the weaknesses of all living things. Unexpected attacks the character launches have a Piercing value equal to the character's [Essence].

This Charm allows a character to make a check to re-enter stealth while others are aware of her presence. To outside observers, the character appears to release a brief storm of elemental energy that momentarily cloaks her location.

Dragon-Blooded use this Charm to erase all signs of their passing. For 2 motes, the character can eliminate all traces of her passing for a distance of up to [Essence] miles. She may extend this benefit to others for a cost of 2m per person. When moving through an environment appropriate to her element, the character reduces the cost of affecting allies to 1m. Air environments include snow, ice, and tundra. Earth environments include mountains and cities. Fire environments include deserts and other wastelands. Water environments include wetlands, swamps, and underwater areas. Wood environments include forests, jungles, and plains.
Non-supernatural efforts to track a character using this Charm fail automatically. Supernatural attempts can overcome this Charm, and the tracking is handled normally. However, the tracker suffers an external penalty equal to the character's [Essence] due to the magical concealment and for the attempt to follow a non-existent trail.
If the character has Essence 3+ she can spend 5m, 1W and apply this effect to a unit she leads with Magnitude no greater then her [Essence].
Wind-Walking Technique

This Charm aids in stealth by allowing the Dragon-Blooded to walk suspended on a cushion of air. While this Charm is active, the character gains perfect balance and automatically succeeds on checks to navigate or cross hazardous terrain. Additionally, she can move across any non-vertical surface (including water or quicksand) without difficulty. Finally, the character is considered to weigh nothing for the purposes of determining if something will support her weight. Her movement does not trigger pit traps, pressure plates, or creaky floors. This Charm ends on any action in which the character does not take a Move or Dash action to move at least half of her full movement rate.

This Charm allows the character to conceal herself with temporary invisibility, bending light so that she appears as nothing more then a hazy blur. This has several effects. Firstly, the character's identity is obscured as a perfect effect. Secondly, the character's actions do not generate noise as per Soundless Action Prana (her voice is similarly stifled). Finally, the character is an invalid target for sight or hearing based Perception checks, detecting her presence without magic is impossible. If she engages a target in combat with this Charm active, attacks made against her are considered to be made in 'total darkness', applying a -4 internal penalty and an additional internal penalty equal to the Dragon-Blooded's [Essence].
